Student Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw your student from the school district, please complete the withdrawal form and email it to kcozzo@pleasantonusd.net. Alternatively, you can print the form, fill it out, and drop it off at the Walnut Grove office on any weekday during school hours.
Students are required to return all items loaned to them by the school district, including books, Chromebooks, chargers, and any other materials provided for learning. Items can be returned to the student’s teacher on their last day of school, or brought to the school office Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
